This website, bleodecor.com (the "Site"), is owned and operated by WE THE BEST LLC. Throughout the Site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to BLEO DECOR. BLEO DECOR sells and delivers exclusively to customers located in South Africa. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Where a pricing error results in cancellation of a confirmed order, you will receive a full refund.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BLEO DECOR, WE THE BEST LLC, and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

If you have a complaint that we have not resolved to your satisfaction, you may refer it to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud ("CGSO") for alternative dispute resolution, free of charge: www.cgso.org.za, Consumer Complaints Call Centre: 0860 000 272. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Consumer Commission.
